Very acid-driven, but crisp and refreshing. One of the better British bubbles being made.

Small bubbles. Delicate taste had with pork and it was quite nice. Value would be £15-17. Prefer champers at £25.

The best sparkling wine I have ever had the pleasure of drinking, and I'm not a big fan of sparkling wines. Smooth like butter, bubbles stick around for ages.
