Ripasso-style Shiraz from South East Australia 🇦🇺: Big, fruity w/ plenty of berry notes. Dry, but with enough sweetness to work with a chocolate cake 🎂. Cool wine, good value.

Had this a day after opening. Very light nose caramel/vanilla. Slight tannins, barely there, meh. Remember, day old.
