Ciello Bianco Terre Siciliane Catarratto

Nice light golden color leaning towards yellow. Smells like honey and apricots, some cirtus peel too. Saline and dry, a bit too tight unfortunately. Has some nutty qualities on the end. Paired very well with vietnamese food, but would prefer it slightly colder than I had it.

Saffron and sultana nose, sumac and corriander.

Easy, dry drinking wine. Nice with oysters

Good! Very drinkable- easy to take down. A little chalky, lemon blossoms, more citrus on the nose than the palate.

Mouthfeel like a cal chard without oak. Good acidity. Floral with a honeyed quality to it. Very nice.

Quenchingly Mcquaffable 🤤 orange blossom 🍊🌸 But most of all freshly bake apple friggin pie 🥧🍎💥

More like oaked white. Easy entry level orange. Tasty. Lovely colour.
