Ontario Riesling

If I have to drink Riesling, I want it to taste like this one. Crisp, acidic, off-dry... some melon, some fruit rinds, not too sweet. Hardly sweet.

First time having this! Interesting, a little petrol and fruit on the nose...easy on the palate...short lived finish.

Surprisingly, my first Norman Hardie. It was a nice pairing with Thai food but left me hoping for a little longer finish. Wet rocks and apple. Solid.

Acidulé et balancé avec le sucre. taste like a "tart green apple" at the end

Petrol, lime, white cranberry.

Very sweet. Nice floral notes with citrus finish.

Bright, acidic, tart. Like biting into a cold Granny Smith apple.

Sweet like bear meat.
