Mar 4th, 2019Sometimes it’s just about the right way of drinking something. Opened this last night and it was fine but not memorable. Tonight it still has a chill from the fridge, it’s a warm and tempestuous evening, and this wine is singing. It’s a curious combination of primary fruit sweetness with some baking spices and musk sticks, glossy red and black berries leading into a satisfyingly firm finish. Definitely chill it a little - makes a world of difference.
