Dry on the palate and a little watery.
Crisp and refreshing and good for parties.

Pink. Smells right. Strawberries and green herbs mixed with rainwater. Taste is right too. Bright, light berry and melon flavors. Hint of bitters. A bit flat. Could be zippier and zingy-er. It’s a decent entry in the ever expanding Rosé category.

Opened the bottle around 5:15 so that must be a good sign! Smooth, not as dry as I like, but paired well with watching a Christmas movie while dinner cooked!
