A simple Rosé from California. Showing strawberries, citrus, green apples, grapefruits and bitter herbs.

Light to medium in body with medium acidity and a short finish.

Dry on the palate and a little watery.

Crisp and refreshing and good for parties.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

85 points.

Pink. Smells right. Strawberries and green herbs mixed with rainwater. Taste is right too. Bright, light berry and melon flavors. Hint of bitters. A bit flat. Could be zippier and zingy-er. It’s a decent entry in the ever expanding Rosé category.

Doesn’t do much for me... others liked it; not my cup of tea

Opened the bottle around 5:15 so that must be a good sign! Smooth, not as dry as I like, but paired well with watching a Christmas movie while dinner cooked!
