Natural fermentation, lovely color, beautiful aromas of raspberry, fertile earth and nutmeg. I just want to stick my head in the glass and smell it for hours. The lively acidity bounces around your palate and burst into tickles of fruit and more spice. A lovely Eco friendly wine. Yum!

I'd say lean and fresh with classic new world Pinot characteristics- cherry cola, vanilla, smoke with faint wet earthy notes. It's dry tight and crisp. Lovely little sipper.

Almost light red fruits, short acid hit at the end. Not as 'big' as some of the U.S. pinot noirs I've had lately.
