Mmmh! Nice intensive smell. Lighter and more elegant than an Amarone. It was very good to a filet of beef. Like it a lot!

Opened and decanted for 3 hrs. Mountain fruits wafting on the nose, body medium to full with berry taffy , ending with chomping on a plank. Certainly a food wine, though not for crazy acidic sauces, just olive oil, salt and pep are the seasonings to pair with this one.

Cherries, porcini, rather tannic and large for its "light-medium bodied" description. and kind of hot (15,5. But seems more) delicious but pricy for what it delivered.
