Don Carlino Abruzzo Pecorino Superiore

A weird, golden, seemingly premoxed mess on opening...and one day later, it’s a bottle of sunshine and sea spray. Go figure. A bit too manipulated for my taste, but quite tasty once it straightened out.

Great fresh take on pecorino. Honest and transparent.
