Fall is here so time to start drinking aged wine again. This paradoxically had fruit starting to stew but still a ton of acid and especially drying tannin. But that’s 05 right? Makes me wonder if it’s so much about waiting for these to come around or enjoy before the fruit fades. With a few hours of air the fruit became lusher and sweeter. Just great so who knows. $35 at auction in 2017
