Not a ton of personality, really, but it's plenty enjoyable.

When I saw Nicolas, I just had to have him! This limited edition bottle from the champagne house of Nicolas Feuillatte is simply gorgeous with its gold airplane theme - I love how the cap was also limited edition! It was $55 at a little hole in the wall bottlo.

Creamy lemon yellow on the eye. Full bready aromas with whiffs of spiced grapefruit, vanilla and kiwi fruit. Nice flavoursome body, with hints of olives, bread, almonds, peach and lemons. A really lovely bubbles which I'd def drink again if I can find more!

All opinions are based on my own taste buds.

The Nicolas Feuillatte Brut NV sports an unfortunate, nearly non-existent nose of yellow apple and discreet notes of pear and yeast on the palate. So clean it seems to have been wiped of all personality. Tabula Rasa. Ordinarily, I’d call this an “entertaining wine", but for $35.00 there are tons of sparkling wine producers that deliver a good deal more. Not recommended.
