Bubbles to celebrate a close friend's engagement! Not exactly to my liking, but nice for the occasion. Quite rich and fruity. More oxidative and autolytic than the Cremant de Bourgogne we drank this with. Nose was like ripe pears on an almond danish. The palate was somewhat sweet - apples, marzipan, ginger. Could use a little more zing and mineral touch. Somehow, it finishes a little warm for me. Hmmmm.

Needs a hint more acid or less RS, but otherwise a lovely Champagne. Bet their extra Brut would be excellent.

Jack & Arden put together a wonderful evening of delicious food and great wines, and a few of us attendees contributed some bottles to enjoy as well. Great night!

A very consistent and accessible champagne. A little oxidative in style with some yeast and limestone. Not much of a creamy mousse. Crisp baked apple tart finish.

Good champagne. I prefer a little drier.

Drinking some of the big houses today. I always enjoy the house style of Fuillatte, a little richer and more on the oxidative side. Tasty.

From 375. Nice balance, light on the palate, straightforward and clean. Starting Christmas Day off on a good foot. #sabrerit

From train fair to plain wine (multiple sic.); what works at 36.000 feet? It turns out I can't smell or taste anything at all so it may as well have been meths. Mind you, it was very enjoyable meths!
