Tasting at Nichol winery. It’s a light and fresh Pinot with red fruits. To preface,I’m not a big Pinot fan and for me this lacked personality and character.

Tasting the 2009 vintage. Still lots of fruit, acidity and some grippy tannins (on the Pinot Noir spectrum at least). Partington get some more dried fruit aromas and flavours, few more savoury notes, but still has plenty of life in it.
