Deep garnet red with bricking on the edges. Layered and slightly aged nose with floral notes, truffles, damp leaves, red berries, bell peppers, almost jalapenos, and cedar. Medium tannins (6/10) and well balanced. Medium bodied and drinking very well. Palate has notes of red cherries, earthiness, smoky, green and a little bit of sweet spices. Medium plus to long finish. Drink till 2022.
Made up on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Chiles Valley in Napa Valley. Aged in 53% new French oak. Retail price is $52.00. But came as a part of the Winestyr - All Reds Club Shipment
