This producer is consistent.
Nose of white flowers, honey and bread. Palate displays medium weight, defined by the malo fermentation. Honey and almonds combine with bright acidity. Enjoyable by the glass. Drink now as it’s on a plateau.

Tried another bottle. Rich aromas of stone and tropical fruit with sweet oak spice scents. On the palate peach, melon and apple, with soft vanilla spice, rich & creamy. Lingering smooth finish, well balanced with lively acidity, ending with mineral notes. Very Nice!

Think this style will make more sense for those that drink Montrachet. Weird on the nose to open, better after opened for a while and warmer. Great with pork chops and coconut macaroons....oh, and my wife.
