No oak, but full MLF. Med + body dominated by butterscotch and creamy mouthfeel. Alcohol is a little hot but the apples add a great deal of freshness.

Lovely bright apple & butterscotch. Good round mouth feel with a medium light finish. Good all around Chardonnay. Good w/apple bacon salad.
