Lemon custard, banana, cocoanut macaroons, but also a nice shale element. Very lime entry becomes creamy quickly, then pineapple and cocoanut water. Not a lot of terroir, but decent winemaking, and somehow apropos for the Caribbean.

Goog oak, butter and apricot and long finish. Enjoyed with mango/apricot cheddar cheese purchased at Bacchus wine and beer bistro in Corolla, NC.
