Light to medium texture with a mild tannin finish. Rich fruit flavors, which comes along as a sweetness. This year, 2011, lacks the strong characteristics of earlier vintages. Overall this is a good wine to enjoy, but a little flatter than expected.

Medium body. Soft, light tannin. Uberripe black cherry, plum and blackberry. Some sweet woody and kernel notes. Nice aroma but a little thin, especially for 2012. Finish kinda just falls apart. Wasnt knocked out by it, but wouldnt kick it out of bed.

Aromas were a bit off, but not unpleasant. Light, fruity flavors, off-dry sweetness lends this a smooth drinkable quality. Not what I would expect from a Cab Sauv dominant Napa blend.
