This bottle was opened several hours prior to service and enjoyed over the course of six days. Yes, 6 days. I kept it under cork and refrigerated. It was delicious throughout. The 2021 pours a deep garnet color with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart, black and red fruits: cassis, mixed brambles, plum, tobacco, cool and warm spices and dry earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Tasty stuff. Drink now through 2046.

It's getting there....A good amount of ripe berry fruit still in front of an emerging elegance of secondary earth, complex tannin, and red wine minerality & texture. Caught it turning the corner

Great wine, will continue to get better. Drew is a great guy, you should do a tasting with him when in Napa.
