Blend of Sauvignon Blanc (51%), Chardonnay (23%) and Chenin Blanc (26%). Light golden color with greenish highlights. Aromas of citrus, white flowers and green pepper. Pallet leads with green apple with hints of pineapple, orange, white peach and fresh cut grass. Generous acidity. A bit sharp on the very minerally finish. Amazing fresh tasting considering it’s age. Holding up well. Thank You Ron B!
