Great first Cavs, amazing taste for price. Light cherry flavor, crisp acid and bubbles, strawberry with a bit of citrus too. Slightly bready.

Dry and mineraly. It is described as a raspberry rose but I do not taste either. It is delicious and dry. The carbonization is smooth and more on the fizzy side. I'd drink this again.
