A wine from the Mandorla cru at Barolo with high alcohol content.
Need an hour and more to open.
Garnet red towards a brownish color, nice mild aromas with soft tanins

2013, decanted it, drank it with deer with port-forrestberries saus, amazing combination. The wine has a very soft and complex palet when you drink it as is. When you combine it with a game dish the nice freshness and tantines come out to balance the combi.
