This is quite a wine for the price. Had it at home to accompany a meal of slowly cooked lamb neck with smoked eel, seaweed and kohlrabi. Full round smokey wine, all dark red forrest fruit — 5 years ago
2013, decanted it, drank it with deer with port-forrestberries saus, amazing combination. The wine has a very soft and complex palet when you drink it as is. When you combine it with a game dish the nice freshness and tantines come out to balance the combi. — 6 years ago
Had the 2017 at a home dinner combined with Raw marinated salmon trout with almond sherry. Perfect fit.

Light red color, quite a taste explosion, but a short fruity aftertaste. Bought it in a store in the city of Barolo, on recommendation of the store owner. Interesting wine, but had many better wines for that price — 6 years ago
