Ha! Smells of snicker doodle - or maybe these cookies are still largely in my memory - cinnamon and sugar.

Heavy weighted with blackberry coolie, green pepper stem, pomegranate, cranberry, hints of menthol.

Buddha palm acidity sits with light tannin - a bit hot on the finish -
Actually one of the better local wines I have ever had!

Toasted nutty overshadow the ripe red fruit notes but waft up on the nose. Fine tannins, medium body with flinty dried out baking spice and red fruit carry the palate finishing dry but leaving behind drying black cherry notes behind well after the finish. A slightly minty quality as well.

Winner of the 2015 Virginia Governors Cup. A great complex blend that is bold yet smooth. Let it breathe.
