Delicious and good. Perhaps it was the pretzel chips I was eating but I thought that the wine was a bit of a one two punch of acid and tannin and then a roundhouse of fruit at the back.

Oakey red, feels full body due to that, but is actually a bit lighter. Syrupy. — 4 years ago

Italian Pinot doesn’t have the mineral dryness of NA/Oregon. Syrupy smell and first taste. Drink enough of it, and who really cares. It’s wine. Let’s get crunkedety cranked. But I would focus on an Italian Chianti before doing an Italian Pinot noir next time

I asked for a Médoc, and we got a tasty 55cab/45merlot blend. 24$ at Assorted Table. Cassis, berries, spices. Tannins. Both enjoy — 5 years ago
