Gorgeous and seamlessly integrated. Moreish tannin, intoxicating nose and sleek mouthfeel.

Light ruby red. Nose is where it gets confusing almost like a Pinot Noir. Notes like light red cherries, raspberries, strawberries, oddly oranges and freshly broken twigs. Nose did get a little stinker with time. Lots of acidity (7/10) that hides the tannins. Dusty, stoney and cherries on the palate. Medium bodied with a dry long finish. Drink till 2019.

Actually 2015 vintage. Feeling extremely primary and youthful. Floral pastille, blackberry, blue fruits, slight white pepper but with that whole bunchy bubblegum thing that is a bit distracting at the moment. All good in the gob, will revisit down the track.

Whole bunch yumness here. Complex, deep dark fruits, earthiness, soft tannins and lovely integration of oak. Delicious

I need more of this in our cellar.
Dark fruit, enticing, try it.

Kwam vandaag binnen en er werd ernstig aangedrongen deze bij het overwerk te openen (div burgers en salades). Vooruit dan maar.
Klassieke, maar uiterst milde, Aussie Shiraz. Cassis, pruimenboom , mespuntje peper. Restzoet, milde zuren. Prachtig totaalplaatje!
Tnx, Michiel van Gruithuijsen!

Color of ruby and cranberry juice, a bit cloudy, quite light considering she is Syrah. Now of strawberry jam, fresh berries, like cranberry or raspberry, and overall dominated by waves of berry note. Taste follows similar notes, with addition of citrus zest, a bit vanilla, low tannin, sweet ripe blueberry, cured meat, a bit mineral, and a bit of spice. Aftertaste of warmth, a bit peppery , and zesty, medium long lingering. Clean, full of flavors, and tasty but definitely not your traditional Syrah.
