Glad to try this experimental bottle on Xmas Eve. Aroma makes me think of brown butter with tingle of fresh mint. Big impression of mandarin orange upfront followed by a tartness that plays onto the side of the tongue. The finish has a saline and mineral quality that pleasantly juxtaposes the flavor profile.
