Always drinks incredibly well especially with age. Less yeasty than older bottles we’ve had but very very good. Bright. New Years Eve.

Fresh mint and clementine on the nose. Tons of pineapple upfront. There’s a nice mineral like note that develops on the mid-palate. Finishes with some more acidity, that’s more phosphoric. Very nice. It’s Christmas morning so I’ll indulge with a splash of pineapple juice, but only on the first glass. Tastes like a pineapple cream soda with the juice in it!
