Steely wet wool, crisp green apple, citrus blossoms on the nose. Thick round waxy mouthfeel. Green apple, ripe pear, lemons, lime, Christmas spices, almonds peaches and a touch of clove on finish. Big acidity.

Quite rich, with loads of ripe citrus and tropical notes, though tons of fresh acidity coming from Chenin Blanc. Incredibly well done and an excellent example of what is coming out of South Africa. The elegance and minerality could have you thinking Burgundy. So good

Great white, still needs some time, but opened up over a couple hours. Great balance and structure, deeply concentrated, finishing with minerality. Stone fruit, Meyer lemon, and gravelly mineral finish. Wonderful! 73% old vine Chenin, 7% semillon, 6% Clairette blanc, 6% Grenache blanc, 5% viogner, 3% verdehlo.
