Medium lemon. Hint of grass or mint, wasabi or yellow mustard, Macademia nuts, apple.High acidity, medium sugar, medium alcohol. Blinded tasted 3 "blocks", guessed they were from the same producer but I thought it'd be in Vouvray.

Rich, full bodied and intensely expressive wine. Lots of fruits--apple, apricot, maybe some honeydew melon--with mineral overlay and kernel. Nice acidic zip at first, but body is a little flabby after that.

Color of really saturated gold. Nose is special with almost like teriyaki sauce, Wasabi sauce plus gourmet vinegar, Sauternes like, and strength of alcohol. Taste of complex acidity, salty mineral, ripe banana, honey, oak, and good content of flavors. Aftertaste of savory mineral, good acidity, oak, and medium long. Taste by herself is high quality, yet the nose I can’t make sense of it.
