It is strange to find a rosé with the power this one has. It tastes like the right thing, not a crappy thing created to sell just a color. I had it with sushi and maybe it wasn't the perfect combination since its taste was overcoming the taste of the meal, I ended up waiting to finish the meal in order to keep drinking. Will try with meat next time.

super dry without being tart. strawberries on the finish. could totally fool you for a white wine if you were blindfolded. says it's vinified in a Sauvignon Blanc style and the acidity fits the bill. just doesn't have that tart green apple, green pear flavor of sav blanc. not my preference for a rose but nice if you are looking for the dry pink stuff!
