Arroyo Seco Cabernet Sauvignon

Lots of fruit and a touch of darker elements, but the combination of richness and acidity is what really won me over.

Nice dry, mild red wine. How I discovered my love for 2013 California Cabernet's.

Good medium body wine. Needed a good amount of time to breathe.

Fruity with a hint of minerals. Better on day 2. Good value.

Nice color and acidity so it really stands up to bold foods but it has a few limitations. The mouth feel is weak and the flavors seem to fight with one another instead of blending. Don't get me wrong, I like it and for the price it is something you can drink without breaking the budget.
