Classic example of the grape , with a touch more balance than you might expect. Gooseberry and greens nose, tropical body grounded by minerality and smoke.

A nice NZ SB fresh and fruity :-) light straw color, lots of tropical fruits , guava, kiwi, pineapple, citrus, flowers, melon, medium body with a bit of bitter acidity, and hint of green apple, shorts fresh yet acid finish. A bit off balance, but pleasant and nice in warm spring day. My score 84, drink to 2016

#wine Mud House Marlborough, NZ Sauvignon Blanc 2014: Grassy w/ light grapefruit on the nose; touches of lemon-lime rind on the palate - softened, balanced acidity (surprisingly so - perfect zest), medium body, refreshing finish. 13.0% abv. Dreaming of slightly nicer weather, garlicky prawns, mackerel, sardines or globe artichokes to go along with;). Thank you, dear Sylviane x

An initially slightly floral nose, but followed by a great punchy dry taste! A really nice wine.
