Bright, almost clear colour. Grass and green vegetable nose with expected citrus as well. Unripe pear and pithy citrus dominates with relatively low acidity and a long, long, long finish that dries out again with more vegetal and cut grass tones. A different take on NZ SB. Not particularly challenging but certainly a different approach.

Becky and I really liked this one. A nice white for a change. Had this with some BA Indian food, uploaded after the fact.

2016. Less grassy than most NZ sauv blanc. But not overly tropical. Nice find for the category.

I've loved everything by this winery so far. Really restrained palate of pear, apple, and lemongrass. Med-high acidity, light-medium body.
