Interesting Slovenian white blend. (Ribolla, Sauv Blanc and Pinot Grigio). Even though Ribolla is the primary grape, the Sauvignon Blanc stands out. Floral on the nose with pear and lots of citrus and minerality on the pallet. A hint of oak in the background. Lots of acidity, so it is great with food!

Of the three skin contact wines we drank today, this was the best. No formal notes, we were too full of the Seahawks win.
