Nice balance. Extremely complex. Acidity cuts the rich flavors like a knife. Getting bruised pear, bruised apple, tangerine, orange blossom, roasted nuts, caramel, white miso, white and black tea. The list goes on. You could spend an hour trying to figure this out.

Ettersmaken var litt fjell/vilt-aktig, så ikke så lett, men god å "nippe til". Hadde vært god til en litt kjøligere sommerkveld, foran bål e.l.
