Tasting notes from the Mouton Noir wine dinner with winemaker Andre Mack...
I could smell this wine from at least 3 feet away. Earthy type funk to this Willamette Valley Pinot...acidity was there as were fruits, but this was all about expressing the terroir from the area. Very food friendly with the Texas smoked quail pairing.
