If it wasn't for the lingering dill I would have guessed old world. Very earthy, with substantial hints of mushroom, forest floor, and black cherry. The use of oak was judicious, but a pretty big Pinot nevertheless. Good stuff. Gotta love Oregon

Oct 19th, 2014Cranberry-orange peel nose. Clear, ruby red. Medium plus acidity. Front palate is cranberry, bright cherry, followed by a hit of alcohol, then more cherry and jalapeño.
