One of the Hunter Valley greats and an Australian icon. 'Elizabeth' is a legacy of Maurice O'Shea's penchant for naming wines after his friends. The wine is crisp, savoury & beautifully balanced.

Sep 1st, 2018Beautiful honey yellow colour. Lovely nose. Slightly sweet but becomes drier as you let it breathe. Slightly effervescent as well which adds a nice dimension to this. Would go extremely well with a rich pasta. This is good Aussie white.
