My comfort zone
Lots of lanolin, freshness like there's no tomorrow, but still not toasty
Super Pleasant..

I enjoy this wine, but how it held 6 days with always less liquid in the bottle I can question.
Do they get a huge amount of sulphites?
The wine is definitely good and for being 14yo is absolutely a winner, but I did wonder...

So elegant, enjoyable and still in its secondaries
At least another 5 years to go

Well defined spectrum of citrus, lemongrass and hints of lanolin that we don't find yet in the other two wines of the night. Quite long after taste and lots of fun. IMO the 2007s aren't the best, but they are good now, they just lack that plus to become supergood.
