Classic Aussie Shiraz. Lots of fruit, pepper, with a little leather and cedar on the end. Very nice for a cold Sunday evening with roast lamb!

Big and rich. 15% alcohol shines through but not offensive. Reaches what is strives for in terms of size on the palate. Oak on the nose is stronger than the fruit but opens nicely

Silky tannins with black fruit and spice. A little jammy when first opened but it opens nicely after a couple of hours. On day three with just two inches left in the bottle it was still a great drinking wine suggesting the peak may be a couple of years away.
