Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, fermentation commenced in stainless steel tanks and finished in 228 litre French oak (6% new) in which they were for 9 months, malolactic fermentation also took place.

In the glass I found it a pretty lemon lime shade. It’s crisp and citrus driven on the nose and gives that fresh linen aka clean sheet day feel. It’s rounded and balanced on the palate. Refined in flavour yet thirst quenchingly juicy. I love it!

What Casey said. I don’t care much for Sauvignon Blanc, but this was good. This does undergo malolactic fermentation.
