Pears, apples, cream, lees, super big acid. Yogurt finish. 75% gruner 25% chard. More exciting palate than nose

Took ages to open up.

opens tight, but really beautiful after decanting. held for another 24 hours too, always nice.

Still love this.

A white from Moric?!?! Surprise!!! Weighty jasmine and apricot balanced with granite and acid. Pretty brilliant, as expected from Moric.

This has come around and is showing pretty awesome fruit. More like super delicious.

Well this was cool as hell.

I need help with not opening at least one bottle of this for a few years. It's going to age beautifully, but I may never experience that...
