From magnum. 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir with lees. Sees barrel and steel with lees playing a big part along the way. So unique. Introspective. Faint blush in the glass but all about the texture. Salty and chalky. Long finish that is very faintly oxidative. These Morgen Long wines are really saying something.

Short notes tonight, post holiday dinner with our best buddy.

Total smoke show! Just a wicked smashing of flint, like non-stop, maybe a lemon snuck in there!

This is new world Meursault!

Citrus, flint, green papaya. Think I would call this a Bourgogne blanc blind 👌

Some of the best Chardonnay being made in the Willamette Valley. Seek this out. Always impresses.

Pink label! Color: pale amber almost similar to orange wine. Very different from black label that I had couple weeks ago that reminded me of Meursalt. This is more subtle, less acid, buttery with some melon flavors. Very good Chardonnay.
