Nose has struck match (or flint smashed with a hammer), ripe pineapple, honeycomb, sweet white flowers, tangerine pit, neutral oak and trailing note of alcohol. (13.0% ABV)

Palate has under-ripe peach, under-ripe yellow cherry, pineapple core, moist flint, wet oak, yellow apple, fresh lemon peel and a medium finish.

Very enjoyable bottle, and we're much looking forward to it's evolution this evening.

Losing a little life since LBT, touch more ox. notes on the nose and the fruit is dropping out. Still the acid is fresh, lemony, and great zip across the palate. St. Aubin always has this interesting “estery” quality that I’m totally getting here, reminds me of the first wines I tried from the appellation. Drink up

Stunning. 2007, no premox, bright and beautiful. A true stunner for its kind.

Love this wine. Citrus, minerality, tropical, oak. All balancing out so beautifully. Great texture thanks to the vibrant acidity, the oak playing a supporting role. For $20 this rocked.

Racy. Couldn't decide if from a cool vintage or cooler part of Burgundy when blinded. Turns out both. Loving the verve of the 07 whites

Would call it a Chassagne Montrachet if I didn't know better.
