Previous notes in April 2020 apply. Ripe blackberry notes and lashings of oak. Medium to full bodied - very satisfying. Has a balance that prevents it being over the top - medium tannins at the finish. Good QPR at $32 AUD. Silver medal. 2012 was a very good vintage in SA.

Dense Ruby in colour. Oaky notes with ripe red cherry and raspberry notes on nose and palate. Medium weight. A producer I had never seen before a tasting at the Downs Club and I bought 2 bottles to try at $32 each so it has good QPR and from the reputable Padthaway district.

High intensity with clove, forest floor, black pepper, blackberry jam and some tobacco leaf. Terrific version from the Limestone Coast.

Fruity, well balanced, hint of pepper on the rear of the palate, truly a Shiraz in nature, yet very drinkable. My first wander through this vineyard, may it not be my last.

Juicy and dense -- rasberry, cherry, clotted cream and spice. Intensity without the weight. ws

Giant nose of spice and simmering berries. Loads of bright fruit, lots of acid. Juicy and inviting
