A good and fresh Cotes du Rhône, many should take example on this domain working in Biodynamic farming, the Saurel family use no oak, all tannins are mature and from ripe grapes- a lovely CDR based on Grenache, Syrah - a good wine for little money 😗

Nose is very sweet, very fruity, notes of watermelon flavored candy (not watermelon). On the palette, spicy, tart fruits. Searching for more, but it's somehow not there.
