This wine was surprisingly light on the pour. The nose was modest and had flavors of some dried fruit like cherries and cranberries. The finish was decent. The wine would be a decent midweek drinker. But it kind of disappointed at my cousin‘s Christmas party. It comes across as almost Pinot Noir, like, without some of the subtle complexities of that wine. I have one more bottle that maybe I’ll break open in a year or so to see if that made any difference.

Not as good as the Cain cuvée but definitely worth having again and $10 cheaper
