Dec 5th, 2015We broke our 365 days of Ontario Wines because we're moving. I'm glad we didn't bother to move it. Very simple, sharp bordering on bitter on the finish. It got *slightly* better the longer it sat, but it still wasn't for us. Day 2 edit: with more aeration, and paired with an acidic food (tomato based) this wine seemed much better. Still not amazing, but better.

Not too complex & a bit bitter on the back of the tongue. Subtle fruit & lots of tannins, hint of black pepper.
