Jul 31st, 2017Elegant sour cherry, hint of herbal notes, green pepper, crushed violet on the nose. Med p body, high acid, med p intensity, med p tannin, acidic cherry and red apple on the first palate, remains on the palate with complex flavor of vegetative(artichoke) and red apple skin notes. Definitely soft, elegant, complex wine but little bit flat for me. Drunk with olive oil with bread and finicchiona. But it's delicious and go very well with olive oil bread!
